"Antonio! There're no baby!" She let out quickly through a breath that was getting sucked away.

Antonio was dumbstruck as if he hadn't heard her correctly. "Excuse me?"

Anna inhaled deeply, trying to restore her breathing and ease her fear.

"There's no baby. I'm not pregnant."

"Oh my goodness Anna! Did you had an abortion behind our backs?"

"No Antonio. I was never pregnant to begin with. I made it all up so that you wouldn't leave for your honeymoon in such a rush. I got a fake pregnancy test at a prank shop and decided to scare you and in another sense, Melissa would know the truth, that you cheated on her with me. I wanted to see the two of you break up so I could have you to myself. I love you Antonio."

Anna made a beeline towards him but he held up his hand, stopping her in the path. "You're fucking delusional, you know that right? What the hell made you think that you could just waltz into my home and get in the middle of my relationship with a lie? 

What the fuck is wrong with you Anna? Or is this another lie too? Tomorrow, are you going to tell me that you were lying and that you're actually pregnant?"

Anna remained silent, allowing him to blow off his steam. "I can't believe this. Does Melissa know about this?"

Anna shook her head no.

"You're sick Anna! You need help! You're deranged and damaged in that twisted head of yours. There's something wrong with you!"

"What's with all the yelling?" Melissa asked as she joined them outdoors.

Antonio folded his arms on his impressive chest. "Are you going to tell her or should I?"

"Tell me what?" Melissa asked again as she looked between them. She hated seeing them together. There was always something going on between the two. "What's going on?"

"Anna's not..."

"I'll tell her!" Anna let out and she turned towards Melissa.

"You're not what Anna? Not going to leave the house? Not going to start over your life? Not pregnant?"

"You had that correct." Anna said.

"I had what correct?"

"I'm not pregnant."

Melissa's eyes popped out. A twirl of mixed emotions started in her stomach but rage was clear. Rage that she had hired Anna, thinking she was someone very different and unique.

Rage that she had seduced her now husband and slept with him after knowing for certain that he was in a relationship.

Rage that she would make up such a lie to create a diversion between them.

She moved swiftly towards Anna and struck her across the face. "You bitch! You think this is funny and this is a game! You made us believe that you were pregnant with his baby!"

"No. She made it up because she didn't want us to honeymoon." Antonio stated. He moved forward and held onto Melissa before she went off on Anna again.

"I want you out. I want you out of my house. Pack up your things! Pack everything and get out of my house!" Melissa yelled.

"I'm sorry." Anna apologized. She turned on her heels and went into her bedroom. She packed up her things with tears of regret running down her face.

Why couldn't she be a better person?

"It's home." I simply said.

"Oh come on Anna. You could do much better than this."

"What do you want Antonio? I was busy."

"Busy doing what, looking for mice? Just look at this place."

I folded my arms and glared at him. He noticed I was angry and turned his attention to me. "You forgot this at the house."

He handed me my sheer night wear. I took it silently and shook my head.

"You followed me to give me back my underwear when you could of throw it away?" I was puzzled.

"It could have been your most favorite pair so why would I do such a thing?"

"What do you want?" I asked with a raised of my tone.

He made two steps towards me. "Now that I see, I still want to get you that house Anna."

"I don't want it. I'm good on my own."

"You're obviously not that good Anna. Look at your house and your life."

"And what business is it to you anyways?"
