LUNA

"Hi." I greeted Dylan's secretary. I wish Dylan would go to the mall with me. Just quality time. I'm bored at home.

Her face is shocked. "M-Ma'am? Why are you here? I'm already let you into Sir Dylan's office, a. Oh, my gosh! I'm being haunted."

"W-Wait. Just calm down. I have a twin. Maybe she's the one inside."

He looked at me. "Yes? Okay, That's good. I thought I was haunted because I didn't give the beggar who asked me for a coin yesterday."

I took a deep breath. Camille made a way to talk to Dylan. I grabbed my I.D. and showed it to the secretary.

"I'm Dylan's real wife. Can I come in?" I said smiling.

The woman nodded. "All right, Ma'am."

I passed the secret table and approached the door not far away. That was a little pitiful. I heard a conversation coming from inside. I tried not to make any noise to hear their conversation.

"Dylan, I'm sorry. I'm just too choked by your love." I heard Camille's voice. And there was a throbbing throb in my chest.

"What a stupid reason, Veronica Camille." Dylan's response was cold. "You should have told me so that we could do something. But what did you do? You ignored everything I worked for."

"I'm sorry for not loving you like you want me to. I want your forgiveness, Dylan Caden."

"Why? Because you're dying with guilt? That's good news for me, Veronica Camille."

"Dylan, do you still love me?"

I covered my mouth. I felt a big thorn that pierced my heart. My chest tightened and tears welled up in my eyes. I waited for Dylan's answer. I am masochistic and I'm sure of it.

"No. I don't love you anymore."

"How about Luna? Are you guilty of all the stupid things you did to her so you put up with her being with her? Are you just making her your rebound s—"

"rebound?" Dylan's voice was serious. "Do you want me to answer that very simple question?"

Yes. Please.

"Yes," Camille replied.

"She’s not a rebound. And I'm not using her just to make someone like you jealous."

"In that case, you just feel sorry for her. You don't feel anything for her—"

"I love Luna. Is that hard to understand, Camille?" I took a deep breath and dropped the bag I was holding. That created noise.

The door opened wide. Dylan and I looked at each other. We see the shock in its eyes.

"Luna?" I heard Camille say that she was now on Dylan's side.

I cleared my throat. I can't find words on what I should say. It was as if the words had escaped me.

"You're eavesdropping?" Dylan asked seriously.

I bowed. "I-I'm—"

"Did you hear what I said earlier?" I bit my lower lip and nodded at Dylan's question.

"Do you want to hear it again?" I was shocked by what Dylan said. He was staring at me. "I love you, Luna."

The corners of my eyes warmed up. Dylan held me by the shoulder so we could be close.

I still can’t find what I should say. We looked at Camille as she laughed.

"I'm having a hard time getting the truth out of your mouth, Dylan Caden," Camille said.

Dylan frowned.

"I know Luna is coming today because she told me when I called her last night. I also know that you haven't told Luna directly how you feel. I'm good, aren't I?" Camille said and even pulled her hair.

"Thank you." Camille and I turned to Dylan. He smiled at her. "I don't plan to tell my wife directly. Actions speak louder than voice, right?"

"But, Dylan, it's harder to assume. That's how you guys are, you like us to assume." Camille's gaze shifted to me. "Are you mad at me?"
