Mated to the Wolf King novel Chapter 7

I feel exhausted in this stupid search for my mate. There are three more packs to visit tomorrow and the third pack is where we will stay overnight.

"Mother, this is a stupid idea. I'm tired of looking for that girl. I have a business that is postponed because of this."

"Tomorrow will be the last and we will not stop until you find her. So, go to your room, relax and sleep." She said.

"I am the King Mother, not you," I said.

"You, maybe the King, but I'm still your mother and I represent the Moon Goddess, so stop arguing with me. After this, you will get rid of me." She said.

I turned my back and went to my room. Why did I agree with her plan anyway?

As I open the door of my room, a new scent comes rushing at me.

Someone is sleeping in my bed.

It's Loui.

"Loui, get out of my bed right now," I said.

She grabs my hand and puts them on her breast.

"I've been waiting here all day." She said seductively.

Heat came rushing through me but before it could take my senses away, I pulled my hands and pulled Loui out of my bed.

"Get out of my room before I throw you out," I ordered.

"Why are you so distant from me? I will be your future wife. Ever since I came here you haven't spent any of your time with me."

"Because I don't want to. My Father is the one who wanted you to become my wife but not me. Now get out before I call some guards to take you out."

She stands and closes my door roughly, causing it to bang against the wall.

‘Finally, you make something good.’ My wolf said.

‘Shut up! You also, stop talking to me.’ I said before cutting our link for a while.

'Zeus, you need to go outside. There are intruders on the border', Tyler said using the link.

'Wait for me, I'm on my way' I said.

This is what I need. A stress reliever.

I reached the northern part of my land and saw the three rogues approaching me.

'Tyler! I need some of them alive.' I ordered.

'Sure.' He said.

I shifted into my midnight black wolf and fought the three rogues who were attacking me. Since they are just rogues, I kill them in just one swift.

There has been an attack since last week before my shift, and yesterday we discovered that they are working in some Alpha. Who the hell is he to have the courage to do that to our family and what are his motives?

The moment I caught this traitor, I swear I'm going to skin him alive.

"Zeus, the perimeter is clear now. We caught four of them and they are being brought to the cell now." Tyler.

"Okay, let's go see them now. Tell them to clean this mess and continue patrolling the area." I said, before returning to the castle and going straight to the cellar where I was going to torture them all.

"You bastard, let me go!!"

A female rogue? Very interesting! I said to myself.

"What do you want from my kingdom, rogue?"

"I will not tell you, bastard!" She shouted.
