I never thought that I was actually having training with Alpha Duren fighters. At first, I got beaten but I'm just faking it. I can feel that someone is watching me and I don't know who, but I'm sure there is.

"You’re doing great Kath, just keep it up." Alpha Duren said.

Alpha Duren is the one training me now. He lets me fight his fighters and tells me where my weaknesses in fighting are.

Now I'm sure that he is also a great fighter and very good at making strategies. He caught my moves in just one fight.

"You need to twist your hips more when you’re kicking Kath, it makes you move fast and the impact is much stronger." Justin.

I did what he told me to do and I can see that I'm improving my skills. Though I have a bad feeling about this pack, I still need to stay for a while since I don't have any plans yet. But for sure, if the time comes, I will have to go.

"Alpha Duren, there's a letter from the Kingdom," Cris the Gamma said.

My attention was caught by the news. My heart is now beating so fast.

'Why am I acting this way? It's just news from the Kingdom. Gosh, he is not my mate for me to act as if I have got a huge crush on him.' That's what I'm thinking when I suddenly feel the pain in my face. Justin got a chance to hit me because I'm drawn to my thoughts.

"Wow, you got me there!" I said, holding my now bruised face.

"Then you need to focus, you're in the middle of a fight and it seems you’re not here." Justin.

"Sorry, okay? But that will be the first and last Beta Justin," I assured him.

"Let's see." He said before we started exchanging punches and kicks. We don't stop, even Alpha Duren leaves us.

"You're tough, Kath. This exercise is over," he said.

"That's it? So, what should I do next?"

"It's up to you. Tonight, we will have our guests. You can patrol the borders or do whatever you please since Alpha Duren is busy right now for our guests."

"And who is our guest?"

"I don't know yet, maybe some of the fighters from the Kingdom. They always do that to check the land of the Royals," he said.

"Ah okay," I said before he left.

I think, since it's already noon, I'll go to the river and refresh myself. I saw it yesterday when they were going to the pack.

I changed clothes and began running in the direction of the river.

"What the hell are they going to do here on my land? Are they going to stay here for the night? What for? And I just got informed right now." I said.

"Alpha, you need to calm down. Cris is already fixing the guest house for the King and Queen and the houses for the warriors that guard them. Maybe it's just a pack visit for the new king," Beta Justin said.

"Did you call Lukas and Arman to leave the place for a while? The King might sense them." I said.

"Yes Alpha, they are now residing outside the pack borders."

"Good. Just prepare food for them. I don't want them to feel that they are not welcome. Make sure that they are watching because I don't want them to see Marcus," I said.

"Yes, Alpha."

"By the way, where is Kath?"
