Of the Internet stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Mr. Norman, She's Out of Your League Now. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 36. Let's read the author's Mr. Norman, She's Out of Your League Now Internet story right here.
Charlotte hesitated for a moment, feeling slightly torn, then finally said to Kayden, "How about this? I'll go with you, but I won't stay for breakfast. I'll just take it to go. Is that okay? I'm really a bit pressed for time."
Kayden's face lit up, and he nodded enthusiastically. "Of course, Ma'am! As long as you're still going to have breakfast!"
Charlotte couldn't help but smile at his pure delight. The sparkle in his eyes reminded her of Amber, and her heart softened. She gave him a gentle smile and said, "Wait here for a moment."
She went back inside, grabbed her bag and mask, and then followed Kayden to First Villa.
When they arrived, Brian was standing by the floor-to-ceiling windows. Morning sunlight spilled over him, casting his tall figure in a golden glow.
He looked almost surreal—so striking it was hard to look directly at him.
Charlotte let out a quiet scoff. It was too early for theatrics. Who was he trying to charm—the neighborhood cats?
Meanwhile, Kayden was practically bouncing with excitement. Clutching her hand, he announced in a high-pitched voice, "Daddy! Pretty Ma'am is here!"
Brian turned and gave a slight nod. "Come in."
Charlotte didn't plan on staying for breakfast, so she said, "I have a meeting soon, so I really have to leave. I won't stay for breakfast."
Brian frowned slightly. "Kayden spent all of last night picking out the menu just for you. This morning, he was up at the crack of dawn, making sure everything was perfect."
Charlotte blinked, taken aback. She turned to Kayden in surprise. "Really?"
All that just to have breakfast with her? Kayden had put so much thought into it… Charlotte couldn't quite put into words what she was feeling.
Kayden nodded, but didn't try to make her stay. "It's okay, Ma'am. Work is important. I'll have Mr. Bennett pack it up for you."
And with that, he dashed off toward the kitchen.
Seeing how concerned he was for her time, Charlotte couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt. She called out, "Kayden, wait a minute!"
Kayden paused mid-step and turned to her. "What's wrong, Ma'am?"
Charlotte's voice softened as she said, "Could you pack a little extra? I'd like to save some for lunch."
