Lucius’s face grew solemn. “Mr. Cain is no ordinary man. He’s revered as the strongest martial artist in all of Lannopolis–a legendary sovereign grade fighter. He earned the title of National Hero for his exceptional contributions to Lovellia. He once served as the head of the Lannopolis branch of the Martial League. Though he has since retired, his influence and prestige remain unparalleled and command immense respect from martial artists across Lannopolis…” 

Dustin raised an eyebrow as his interest was piqued. 

A National Hero–the nation’s pride, bestowed with privileges few could imagine. 

Yet, what drew Dustin’s attention was the claim that this man was the strongest in Lannopolis. 

“Master Fox, Mr. Cain has sent the Martial League to arrest you. The situation is dire! You mustn’t resist them. Any violence against the Martial League would be far worse than what happened to the Aquila family!” Lucius whispered worriedly. 

Dustin remained indifferent. 

He knew Bianca was the mastermind behind this ploy. 

“She thinks summoning Lannopolis’s so–called strongest fighter will stop me?” He smirked mockingly. “Very well. Let’s see how ‘strong‘ this legendary fighter really is.” 

The Martial League enforcers stepped forward and were ready to restrain him in shackles. 

“If you value your lives, don’t push your luck. Lead the way and do nothing more,” Dustin said as a warning. A sudden surge of suffocating pressure made the enforcers turn pale. 

One of them gritted his teeth and muttered, “We’ll see how long your arrogance lasts in front of Mr. Cain!” 

But no one dared to lift the shackles. 

“Stay here. None of you are to follow me.” Dustin stopped the West family members before turning and walking away with the enforcers. 

The Cain family villa was alive with anticipation. 

Victor sat at the head of the table in the courtyard with an intimidating presence. 

Gathered before him were Lannopolis’s martial elites. Each person was a respected figure in their own right. 

Bianca sat among them and smiled confidently. 

Even with Lucas’s guards, Dustin would not stand a chance with such an assembly.
