Chapter 266 novel My Aloof Sisters Asked for My Forgiveness

“Mrs. Swift, you risked your life to protect us and even traded your own daughter’s life for my sister…”

After leaving the Fox family villa to bury his relatives, Dustin fell to his knees before Michelle.

“From today onward, you will be like my own mother! I will take care of you in the twilight of your life and make sure you live comfortably!” he said solemnly.

Michelle’s eyes welled up with tears as she looked lovingly at Dustin.

“Let’s not talk about this. Let’s go back to my place.” Michelle dragged Dustin away. She was worried that the massacre of the Cave family would attract trouble.

Dustin followed her into a tall building and walked to a company’s offices.

Michelle lived in a storage room beside the company’s washroom.

In the cramped space, there was a bed and some necessities.

Dustin felt his eyes prickle with tears.

It seemed that Michelle lived a very difficult life.

“Sit here and wait for me for a moment. I’ll be back,” Michelle said.

“Miss Shawna is a very nice person. When I was at my lowest, she helped me and even gave me a job. She allowed me to work as a janitor here. Wait here. I’ll beg for her help once again. I’m sure she’ll give you a job so you can make a living, too.”

Michelle walked off after saying that.

“Miss Shawna?” Dustin raised an eyebrow.

He walked out of the storage room and looked at the company’s list of employees.

In the general manager’s spot was the photograph of a gorgeous woman. Her name was Shawna Welch.

“Dustin, come meet Miss Shawna,” Michelle called.

Dustin looked over when he heard Michelle’s voice and froze.

Beside Michelle, there was a stunningly beautiful woman with lovely features and bright eyes.

She looked to be quite young. Her office wear showed off her stunning curves, and her simple makeup highlighted her exquisite beauty.

The company office seemed to brighten with her presence.

“Miss Shawna, this is Dustin Fox. He’s my… nephew. He has nowhere to go, so could I please trouble you to give him a job here? Anything that can help him at least feed himself,” Michelle said pleadingly.

“Mrs. Swift, a job is not a big deal. Don’t worry, I’ll arrange something for him,” Shawna said with a comforting smile.
