The children swam for almost two hours. After they came out of the pool, Rosalie brought them to have lunch.

On the way over to the restaurant, Rosalie still could not forget the words that Lucian had said to the man just now.

Rosalie stared at the children through the rearview mirror for some time. Finally, she could not resist asking, “Lucian, why did you say that just now? Why would tell him that Mr. Byron is your daddy?”

“We’re already all grown up!” Lucian replied seriously as his expression tightened. “Mommy, you’ve looked after us for such a long time. We can protect and look after you as well. Although we don’t have a daddy, we can do anything that a daddy can do!”
