"Where are you going?" he asked surprised at Andrea showing up, still wearing her dress and clutching her purse and pumps in one hand.
"I'm okay now. I guess I can call a cab and go home now," she said with an almost true smile.
He shook his head, yes, he does not want Andrea around him now, with what had happened earlier, he does not want a repeat of that but knowing Andrea's reactions to Advil, which is drowsiness, he can't gamble her safety now.
"Why?" she asked, like a child not allowed to go out.
He walked towards her, completely disregarding Bianca's gaze at him, "You get drowsy whenever you take an Advil, and I can't take chances with that," he said, soothingly.
Andrea groaned, "I can handle myself,"
"Well, knowing that you get drowsy taking Advil and still insisting on going home alone with the danger of getting raped or worse. Is that what you call handling yourself?" he asked, raising his voice.
Andrea seemed shocked with his response.
"I hate you," she said in a very hurt voice that she had never used in front of him before and ran back to the guest room. His eyes following her movement.
"Wow, that's some baggage you have there," commented Bianca.
Clicking to his mind that he got company and turned back to her, "She's not like that, actually," he defended.
"But still, how do you put up with such high maintenance teenage girl?" she added, making the matters worse.
He glared at her, "If you don't shut your mouth and continue insulting her, you'll be fired without recommendations," he hissed.
