When Anika returned to the villa, the large living room was pitch black and unlit.The moment she turned on the light, she frowned and smelled the bitter smoke in the air.

Looking at the man in the living room, Anika paused and said, "Zac, why didn't you turn on the light? It's too dark in here."

He sat expressionlessly on the sofa, his eyes indifferent, and there were a few cigarette butts in the ashtray on the coffee table.

Zac didn't say anything.

Anika stood up and walked over to him, asking, "What's wrong?"
