S—he believed it so easily?
William was about to go crazy due to his contradiction.
"Yes, yes, Mr. William, did I do wrong?" Wasn't it Mr. William who told her to deceive Miss Alice and told her that an ambulance rescued her in time?
William's face was ashen, "No, if there's nothing else, I'm hanging up!"
"Wait, Mr. William, there is something I want to inform you about in advance."
"Speak!" William said coldly.
"Although Miss Alice's body is fine, I can see that she's very depressed. I'm worried that her mental state was not stable, and that this might affect her baby." The Doctor said truthfully.
"What do you mean?"
"Pregnant women's emotions fluctuate a lot more than ordinary people, so maintaining a happy mood is very important. However, Miss Alice doesn't do very well in this area." Doctor Donald said.
"Alright, I understand!" William said coldly, he hung up and threw the phone to the side, his handsome face was gloomy, his eyes were filled with fatigue.
She was in a very low mood.
Of course she was depressed, as he had provoked her time and time again.
Her mental endurance was not good. She had experienced too many things and she was still fine. There was no reason for her to not be able to get through this. She must get by! She had to make it through as well!
William lowered his gaze, his gaze landing on the piano, his long fingers sweeping past the piano's edge.
Brother.
Did I do the right thing?
For the sake of Alice's satefy, he pushed Alice out, but when he did it, he felt uncomfortable. He felt even more uncomfortable because she was sick.
William walked out step by step, his black eyes scanned his surroundings. Before this, he had never felt that this castle was that big.
Now, Alice was no longer here.
It was only then that he realized the place was large and empty.
William walked up to the balcony and coldly looked at the forest. Placing both hands on the balcony, his eyes were filled with darkness.
"Young Master."
Daniel walked over with a cup of steaming hot water in his hands. "I saw that you occasionally have a few coughs these past few days, drink it, it will help."
William acted as if he didn't hear it, and didn't even turn his head around. Suddenly, with one hand pressing on the pillar, he jumped onto the balcony.
"Young Master!" Daniel looked at William in shock. What was he trying to do?
"Go away, let me calm down for a moment!"
William said impatiently.
He was so annoyed that someone was making a racket beside him.
Daniel worriedly looked at William's straight back figure, unable to persuade him otherwise, he replied, "Yes, young master."
Rather than trying to persuade young master here, he might as well go down and have the air cushion filled up just in case.
The young master was not like this in the past. Ever since Alice climbed up the balcony once, young master started to do the same.
Thinking about that, Daniel turned around and was about to leave, when William suddenly called out to him, "Daniel!"
"Yes, young master."
Daniel immediately stopped.
William turned and looked at him, "You've been with so many women before?"
"Young master, my relationship with them is normal." Daniel couldn't help but interrupt him.
Why was it that every time young master had any emotional issues, this was the prelude to everything he had to say.
"You dare interrupt me?"
William's face darkened.
Daniel lowered his head, "I don't dare, young master please speak, I will listen."
"You've been with so many women. Have you ever broken up with anyone while regret it?" William sat on the balcony and asked coldly.
It's not normal for him to be like this, is it?
He knew that he was never a normal person.
"Of course." Daniel nodded his head, and spoke in a polite tone, "I had once drunk for a woman, and was grieving for a love affair for two months."
William stared at him coldly, "Why?"
"Because I can't afford what she wants. Naturally, I have to get another man to give it to her." Daniel said.
"You are so generous." William snorted. He couldn't do it, if there was a man beside Alice right now, he would go crazy.
"This is for the good of that woman. If I can't afford it, I can't stop others from giving it to her." Daniel said in a clear voice, "If I can't give her a better one, and she is willing to be with me and think that she is happy with me, then I naturally won't break up with her."
The relationship between him and a woman always began and ended in peace.
William looked at him with disdain.
"Women need to be respected." Daniel said, "Young Master, did I speak too much? Then I will go down first."
William let him go, but all of a sudden, his eyes turned cold. "Wait, what did you say just now?"
Daniel stopped and looked at him, puzzled.
William actually played such a low — class game, he was the king of technology.
After a while, Mona forced out a smile and looked at William. Her tone was as gentle as possible, not revealing any jealousy, "William, this game is too low class."
William didn't even look at her, and continued to play while treating her as if she was transparent.
Mona was ignored as awkwardness flashed past her beautiful face. She clenching her teeth and watched him playing the game
earnestly with her eyes filled with sorrow, she asked, "Is this game really that fun?"
Why was he unable to see her in front of him every day?
William did not care about her, he continued to control the Game handles and stared straight at the screen, trying to kill all the monsters and the big BOSS.
Finally, the woman won and saved her husband.
Victory music played on the television.
Hearing the end of the music, Mona's eyebrows relaxed, she forced out a smile, and said, "Alright, the game is over, let's go out for a walk, how about we go play golf?"
She couldn't wait to take his eyes off the screen.
William maliciously looked at the television screen, watching the lady and her husband enter the red tent. He said word by word, "I regret it."
"What?"
Mona was startled, and looked at him puzzledly.
What do you mean, regret?
"You shouldn't have shown up that day." William said coldly as he suddenly threw the Game handles onto the ground and looked at Mona with malicious eyes, "If you hadn't appeared, I wouldn't have said such harsh words to Alice!"
If he didn't provoke Alice, she wouldn't have gotten sick, and she wouldn't have a high fever. She wouldn't have gotten muddle — headed like that, even if he had appeared.
If Alice was not happy, then why did he choose to let her live her current life? Safety?
But she was no longer safe. She had a high fever.
And all of this was caused by him.
He meant on that rainy day?
Mona was stunned.
William glared at her, his eyes were filled with anger. Standing up from the blanket, his long legs moved, he walked forward.
Regret.
Could it be that he wanted to see Alice again?
Seeing that, Mona was startled, then immediately chased with panic: "William, what are you going to do? You want to find Alice again? Are you crazy? You're going to hurt her, and are you sure you can live with her again? "
