"You need a map to get back?" John asked holding his hand out.

I took his hand, "what?" I half laughed.

"You looked lost in your mind, Morg," He said pulling me to him. "It seems like you have been doing that a lot lately."

I could hear the uncertainty and sadness in his voice. I looked him in the eyes and said, "I know haven't been myself but I trying to. I wish I could just snap out of it but I can't, and I am going to need you to be patient with me," I said hoping for him to understand.

His hand cupped my cheek, "I waited for you to tell me you were my mate. I think I can wait for you just a little bit longer," he said giving me a smile, "Now, I think we should forget about everything that is happening and just focus on having a good time. I want to eat, drink, and dance," he said as he spun me around. "I don't want to be concerned with anything else tonight."

"You sound like a teenage girl in a movie," I told him. He shook his head and started walking towards the venue, "But I can't drink legally," I said giving him a smile.

"That means more for me," he said giving me a cheeky smile and opened the door.

We did exactly what John wanted. We ate, he drank, and we danced all night. The next morning I said goodbye to Ash since her and Anthony would be on their honeymoon for the next week. It was hard to say goodbye especially knowing that when she comes back I would be saying goodbye to her once again. John says that we can go visit them once they get settled in, but Ash and I have always been together even when I did not live in the pack house we would spend every day together and talk constantly. I don't think I will ever be able to get used to saying goodbye.

"Let's go for a walk," John said wrapping his arm around my waist.

I nodded and let him guide us through the gardens in the back of the pack house. Spring had everyone in a good spirit. The flowers and trees were all in bloom all while the animals are waking up from their winter hibernation.

"Morgan!" Grace shouted as she walked up to me and John.

"Hi! Grace, what's up?" I asked.

"I just wanted to say thanks for the other day. I am pretty sure I would have gone crazy if you weren't there," She smiled kindly at me.
