My mate, My exception novel Chapter 46

Read My mate, My exception Chapter 46 - the best manga of 2020

Of the Patrick Rob stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is My mate, My exception. The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 46. Let's read the author's My mate, My exception Patrick Rob story right here.

Did I do something?

I quickly got dressed in jeans and a plain purple shirt before hurrying downstairs.

I was nervous of asking Jake why he stopped. He had explained how he would mark me, and from where he got the reaction from me, I knew where he would pierce my neck with his teeth. I was worried about why he didn't though.

Why did he not continue on? Why did he not go all the way? Was I not good enough for him? Did he realize that he didn't want me anymore?

Entering the kitchen Jake was at the stove his back to me. When he sensed me enter he tensed.

"I thought there was a cook who made your meals." I wondered to Jake, deciding to not demand unknown answers right now.

"They only come and cook for dinner, and sometimes not even then. Usually only if we're having a family dinner or if the Alpha's involved."

At his mention of the Alpha, I thought of Anna. Was she okay? Did waking up to Tyler upset her?

"Anna and Tyler went out." Jake tell's me, obviously knowing my concerns. I nod my head and sit at the counter on a stool. He placed a plate of eggs with toast in front of me.

I ate slowly, picking around my plate. The food was good, and I didn't realize Jake could cook. After eating a few bites I pushed it away.

Jake pushed it back before I even turned to get off the stool.

"I'm good." I tell him. He grabs my turning stool, however, and makes me face the plate.

"Just eat it." He pleads.

"I'm not hungry." I tell him flatly.

"Please, Jen, just eat the food."

I crossed my arm over my chest and leaned back. I could be the queen at being stubborn if I wanted to be.

"Why are you being difficult?" He questions, with a flat voice.

His tone ticked me off, considering Jake wasn't like this often, but in a way it egged me on.
