Audrey immediately recognized the voice. It was Layla who made things difficult for Trevor yesterday. 

Miles’s expression changed when he heard Layla scold Jessica before entering the house. He threw down the fork and stormed out to settle the 

score. 

Jessica stopped him and said, “What are you doing? Come back. That’s your grandmother.” 

Miles was unconvinced. “But she scolded you.” 

Layla barged into the house with her eldest son, third son, and her most beloved grandson. 

Seeing Jessica eat so sumptuously early in the morning, Layla was even more furious. 

She had not eaten anything from yesterday until this morning and was almost full of anger.
