Everyone was practicing their martial arts under the blazing sun diligently when a junior disciple who was on gate duty approached.

"Master, someone is here to see the grandmaster," he reported.

Haval hurried over and asked, "Did you ask for the person's name?"

"I did. It’s Master Nash from Tili Mountain."

Immediately, Haval rushed to report the matter to Otto, who smiled with relief. Finally, the person he had been waiting for had arrived.

Otto eagerly went to the entrance to greet him. Noticing Otto's unusual eagerness, Reese was curious. He wondered if the guest was someone important. Unable to contain his curiosity, he, too, headed toward the gate.

When the group reached the gate, Nash was waiting outside. Otto quickly ordered the disciples to open the gates, and with a joyous expression, he stepped forward to welcome Nash.

Nash greeted Otto formally with a salute and respectfully said, "Greetings, Master Thorin. I'm Nash Calcraft of Tili Mountain."

"No need for the formalities!" Otto helped him up with a smile.

After expressing his gratitude, Nash politely took out some gifts from behind him.

“Master Thorin, I took the liberty of inquiring about matters concerning your mountain from my predecessors, so I brought you some gifts. I hope you'll accept them,” Nash said.

Otto accepted the gifts from Nash.

“Haha, it’s already quite an honor for you to visit Abundance Mountain. To bring so many gifts as well… I'll graciously accept them for now,” Otto replied.

“Of course, please do take them,” Nash said with a polite smile.

Being quite astute, Nash naturally caught his meaning.

The reason Otto did not speak more openly was because of Reese. Still, there was an instant camaraderie between Nash and Otto. It was as if they were old friends who were reunited after a long separation. The two chatted for quite some time until night fell.

As Nash yawned and stretched, he slowly made his way toward the back of Abundance Mountain.

Nash remarked to himself that Otto was quite the cautious man. He was able to guess why Otto was beating about the bush during their conversation that day. He did not want someone else to overhear their discussion, and that someone was Reese.

At the very least, Otto could not so openly support Nash in obtaining the Light Reflector Mirror. This was possibly also out of concern for Nash’s safety.

As for Reese, it was Nash's first time meeting him as well. He could not say he was surprised by Reese’s arrival. Perhaps it was fate.
