Noelle pulled out a chair and sat down. "Wyatt, I suddenly remembered that I have something to show you…"

Xenia's face fell and quickly interrupted by turning to Wyatt. "Wyatt, why aren't Donovan and Lucas here yet?"

"Yes, why are they late?" Just as Wyatt finished, the door to the private room opened, and Donovan and Lucas walked in.

Wyatt was displeased. "Donovan, I need to tell you something. Noelle has an insanely strong jealousy streak. She got jealous of Xenia's limited-edition dress and started insulting her."

Donovan looked exhausted. "What dress?"

Xenia smiled. "The one I'm wearing today. Donovan, you gave it to me as an engagement gift, but it seems like Noelle isn't too happy about it."

Donovan finally noticed the dress Xenia was wearing, and his expression turned unpleasant. "Why are you wearing that dress?"

Xenia froze. "Didn't you gift it to me?"

"Who told you that? Take it off! When did I ever say it was a gift for you?" Donovan was furious. "Xenia, who told you to take the dress I ordered?"

Xenia feigned innocence. "I didn't take it."

Wyatt immediately spoke up, "Donovan, it's just a dress. Why are you making such a big deal out of it?"

"That dress was a gift for Ms. Cantrell." Donovan directed his anger at Xenia. "Take it off! Right now!"

Xenia hesitated, reluctant to part with the dress she adored.

Wyatt quickly tried to smooth things over. "Donovan, I was just thinking about what gift to get for Xenia, and then I happened to see the butler bring this dress back. It looked perfect for her, and she really liked it, so I just made the decision to let her wear it."

Donovan tugged at his tie. "Wyatt, if you want to give someone a gift, don't use my things to do it."
