Lenora suddenly recalled that day when she accompanied Zachary to his company. After finishing his 

meeting, Zachary stepped out to take a phone call. When he returned, his face was marred with injury. and he looked utterly disheveled. He embraced her in silence, and his mood had taken a strange turn. When she asked him what had happened, he refused to answer. 

He must’ve learned about it back then. She thought. On the one hand there was his elder brother, and on the other, my father. It makes sense that after he became aware of the situation, he didn’t inform me immediately. Instead, he waited a few days and only had Johanne turn himself in before Gaston arrived in Jacaster if Johanne was the main culprit, then the idea of pinning the blame on Susanna was most likely concerned by Zachary Perhaps, during these few days, he would erase some evidence and fabricate new ones. Ezekiel was a businessman. Every move he made was tied to his own interests, and he didn’t believe in fruitless efforts 

Aside from Lenora and Johanne’s people, the only other person who could have reached Gaston before he was apprehended by the police was Ezekiel’s people.

Susanna? 

Tamara replied. “Only you know that. Even if you don’t admit it, it doesn’t maner. All I know is that what you did was exactly to my liking” 

Ezekiel lifted his gaze, a hint of sarcasm flashing in his eyes. “With Johanne in jail, Fuller Group is now in your son’s hands. You’ve really played your cards well. 

Tamara didn’t deny it. “Aside from that, there’s also Lenora. Zack married Lenora, but he didn’t cherish her. He regrets it and wants to win Lenora back.
