I woke up in the middle of the night with a struck of lightning as it hit the sky. I whimpered and shook my head. I hated lightning and thunder. It was raining and storming outside.

I took my phone off the nightstand to check the time, dimming my screen and seeing that it was only 1:09 I whined again. I put my phone down softly and looked next to me to see that Grayson was sleeping on the other side of the bed.
