Ours novel Chapter 14

Nala POV

For the last few days, I did nothing but cuddle with the guys, watch movies and eat. I was having fun getting to know all of them, they all had different characters and personalities making each and every one of them special.

They tried talking me to quit my job at the dinner and let them take care of me financially, they were more than able to do so but I refused. I had to call Mr. Adams and tell him about being evicted, homeless, and whatnot. Although I did tell him I found a new place to stay he insisted on giving me some time off to sort out everything.

So I was good till next week with work.

Waking up this morning I was feeling restless, the morning hasn’t shinned yet in Nala land. Like every morning Kyle will come to my room to help me chose an outfit and do my hair. But I'm not feeling it today, I want to stay in pajamas all day, I wasn’t ready to leave the comfort of my bed yet.

"Good morning sunshine," Kyle says in his sing like voice.

"Go away I don't want to wake up the sun isn't up yet" I replied from under my covers.

"I assure you sugar that the sun has risen come on up you go" he finished his sentence by picking me up and taking me to the bathroom, It was no use fighting him since he’s much stronger than me.

Groaning I start fighting him on this one"I don't want to shower I don't want to don't want to" I know I'm being a child but I'm in a bad mood already.

Kyle let the shower pass since it was a lost fight but made me brush my teeth, when I emerged from the bathroom there was a cute outfit waiting for me, a little plaid skirt with sweater and white high knee socks. Cute and girlie, full of sunshine but I had none of those today.

I eyed my outfit with disgust and turned to Kyle "I can dress my self today"

"You sure sugar I enjoy dressing you" ~Kyle

I was losing my patience "yes I'm sure. See you at breakfast" and I practically pushed him out.

He wasn’t going to let me dress like I want or feel so out he went. Going back into my closet I took some black legging and a hoodie that Ryland forgot over my room. Put my hair in a very un-neat messy bun and pulled the hood up.

"Hey little sis how about we take you for a walk " ~zach

"I AM NOT A STUPID DOG" ohh I'm officially killing someone.

"Nala!language!" Ryland scold me and I just shrug.

"I think it's a great idea maybe she can walk the attitude off" ~Kane

So this is how I ended up walking with Mathew and Zach, they told me not to go farther than the tree line, stay where we can see you. I AM NOT A FUCKING STUPID DOG! But I just smile and buy my time.

I wait till they are busy with each other, yeah you can count on those two to start kissing and touching. I take off running, toward the trees.

I run and think of everything, this new home, these guys, my new life why me?? I don't deserve this, they made a mistake they deserve someone more. Not just me, I’m not a good person definitely not feeling it today. They deserve some much better, I should leave before they chose to kick me out.
