Since the doctor—who had been standing close by this entire time—had only overheard snippets of the conversation, he didn’t really know the exact details… Even so, he was prompted to say, “…Since you’re now feeling much better, you should head out for an hour or two for some fresh air… It certainly beats waiting here in this dingy ward…”
