It’s Whitney’s home, and I shouldn’t continue living there now that she’s back. Don’t worry, I made sure that everything was spick and span before returning the keys to her.”

“…Why didn’t you discuss such an important thing with me first?” asked Zivon in a rather stern tone.

“There really wasn’t anything to discuss… As she said, it’s only right that I return her belongings to her… Naturally, that doesn’t include you!” replied Xavia with a smile.

If only she had been there last night, he wouldn’t have gotten drunk and… Shaking his head, Zivon replied, “…Makes me wonder why I hadn’t thought of things this way last night… That aside, did you learn all this from Zayne?”
