Her leg was all bandaged, and it seemed like blood was still seeping out from her wounds… Before anyone could say anything else, Stella sat up and glared at Zivon before roaring, “You have that bastard to thank…! I never want to see his bloody face ever again…!”

Naturally, this left everyone shocked. After all, she had previously been head over heels for him. What had triggered such a massive change…?

Looking at how confused everyone was, Stella spit on the ground before growling, “That man’s cruelty is on a whole other level…! He had the guts to attempt to drop me off at an immense height, and though I managed to cling to him, things didn’t get any better once we were in the forest! He had a packet of food on him, but he refused to give me a single bite, saying that he’d prefer that I died rather than him!”

“To top it all off, even when we were attacked by wolves, he never spared a second to defend me! By his logic, since I was able to plan all that, then I was more than capable of defending myself! What utter bullshit! Tell you what, I’d rather marry a corpse than that bastard…!”

Her voice pierced through the silent morning air, and everyone was left momentarily too shocked to even respond. Had he really been that cruel to her…?

To everyone’s surprise, Zivon replied, “First off, you should tell them how you leaped out of the helicopter without a parachute. You even had the audacity to flirt with me after I caught you, and I really don’t think I need to show any respect to a reckless woman like you. That aside, you’ve received special training, and I’m sure that you’ve gone foodless for much longer than two days. I, on the other hand, have stomach issues, and I have a wedding due in a few days.”

“It only makes sense for me to have prioritized my own health in that situation. Last but not least, had you not been Xavia’s cousin, then I would’ve already buried you in the snow there and then! I’m letting you off with minor injuries this time, but let this be a lesson to you not to mess with those who are clearly out of your league from now on!”

Though he was understandably shocked by the turn of events, Julian knew better than to go against Zivon. With that, he sighed before leaving together with Yvonne.

As for Homer and Yasmin, it took them a moment to say, “…Though we’d like to say that you went too far, as Xavia’s parents, we’re simultaneously glad that you did what you did. Go get some rest. We’ll try to comfort Stella…”

With that, the duo and their three boys walked off, leaving Zivon and Xavia alone…
