“That aside, did you sleep well, Hubby…? Also, if all goes well, why don’t we start our honeymoon tomorrow? The weather’s finally getting warmer, and I think it’ll be wonderful if we start the trip in spring and return in summer…”

She had previously given up hope that she would ever be able to go on this dream vacation… But now that she was fully healed, she was going to make sure that she visited all of Aplos’s top vacation spots!

Though she was understandably excited, Zivon didn’t look as enthusiastic as he replied, “…About that… I’ve been so busy curing you lately that I’ve piled up quite a bit of work… I’ll need to get them done first before we can leave… Sorry.”

Naturally, Xavia was disappointed to hear that. Even so, she knew better than to throw a tantrum after everything she had put him through. With that, she was quick to reply, “…That’s alright. Just focus on your work first, then. We can leave once you’re done.”

Nodding in response, Zivon then kissed her forehead, prompting Xavia to ask, “…U-um… What are you-”

“I’m doing exactly what you think I am…” interrupted Zivon with a smirk as he affectionately began kissing her lips…

…Hadn’t he already had his fun last night…? And shouldn’t they go downstairs already…?

Following that, they went for a few more rounds, and due to how exhausted she was, Xavia ended up falling asleep till about six that evening… Thankfully, only Lana and the kids were there, so things were hopefully going to be less awkward…

To her dismay, the second the kids saw her, they immediately asked, “Were you busy making babies with Daddy the whole day, Mommy? If so, where’s the baby?”

Feeling rather guilty, Zivon ended up bringing the two to the biggest cinema in town, buying them lots of toys, and even giving them a chance to have some junk food. Suffice to say, the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and so did Zivon, but… it was around eight when a single message ruined his mood.

‘Hey… You promised to come back tonight. I know I’m a tolerant woman, but you shouldn’t continue lying to me like this, or I’ll tell Xavia that we’re practically married by now. Is that sufficient motivation for you to return?’

…Damn it. He had completely forgotten about that! In the end, he was prompted to reply, ‘We’re watching a movie right now. I’ll come over after I’ve sent them home at around ten.’

‘No deal. Unless… you promise to hug me in my sleep tonight. Deal?’
