That night, after getting drunk, Yulia confirmed the details with the two maids from Dream Residence who helped her back to her room. 

Fortunately, she didn’t disturb her grandma at home; otherwise, she wouldn’t have escaped a scolding. Rita really disliked girls losing control after drinking. 

She thought, ‘Speaking of losing control, it was in front of Morris that I embarrassingly blurted out those confession–like words. And then there’s Jason, I really had no idea what he thought of me! 

She’s always had an intelligent and sweet image, but this time, she was genuinely a bit upset with herself. 

Today was Sunday, so there was no need to attend classes at Regalwood University. 

Thinking about how long it had been since she spent some quality time with her grandpa, chatting and playing chess, she freshened up, changed into clean and simple clothes, and headed next door to Dream Residence. 

Seeing the stone plaque at the entrance with the words “Dream Residence,” she couldn’t help but remember the stories she’d sometimes heard as a kid about the woman in the photo frame.

For as long as she could remember, she knew Rayburn and Rita’s relationship was just for show. Their marriage was forced by their families.

And all of this was because Rayburn had a brief marriage that the family never acknowledged. 

The bride of that marriage was Megan. 

Dream Residence was the name Rayburn chose for their place in remembrance of Megan. 

It’s quite ironic that the Hawkins residence is right next door, openly honoring his late wife in front of his current wife. 

Even though Rita never showed any reaction or objection, after learning about the origin of Dream Residence, she began to feel an inexplicable sense of grievance and injustice on her grandma’s behalf. 

Tolerance and low–key, words pretty much summed up Rita’s entire life. 

She sighed and walked into Dream Residence. 

A servant saw her and said, “Ms. Muller, you’re here so early! Mr Muller is out for his morning exercise and hasn’t come back yet. But judging by the usual time, he should be back soon 

Yulia was always kind and friendly to the servants, and all the staff at the Muller family admired her because she never showed the arrogance commonly associated with ladies from prominent families. 

Yulia smiled. “No worries, it’s Sunday, no work today. I’ll wait for him. It’s been a while since I had tea with Rayburn. By the way, where’s Jason?” 

She wanted to find Jason to ask about what happened that night when she was drunk, wondering if he even cared. If

The servant chuckled, “Mr. Jason Muller is always up for his moming exercise, and he’s as regular as clockwork. Usually, he stays in on Sundays, but last night before going to bed, he mentioned something urgent and had to go out. 

“He also asked me to prepare breakfast.” 

Yulia nodded. “Hmm, it looks like Jason is really busy at GlobalVision Group, working non–stop even on Sundays.” 

The servant waved a hand. “Doesn’t seem like he went to the office. Last night, as I was bringing in water, I vaguely heard him mention something important about finding Mr. Moore.” 

“Ms. Muller, you just sit tight. Let me know if you need anything. I have to go sort out Mr. Jason Muller’s breakfast. “Alright, hurry along!” Yulia said, then turned towards the living room, planning to wait for Rayburn there.
