While Cherise was talking to Xenia on the phone, the elevator arrived. So they ended the call. Once in the elevator, Cherise casually opened WhatsApp, and sure enough, Xenia had sent a photo.

She opened the chat and clicked on the photo. Her eyes gradually widened. The person in the photo was Jason's grandma. She looked a lot like Cherise. Cherise thought she saw it wrong. There was a resemblance, but something seemed different.

Turning to Hugh beside her, she asked, "Hugh, do you think the person in this photo looks like me?"

Hugh leaned in for a closer look. "It does look a lot like you, but there's an extra mole on her chin. Otherwise, I would have thought it was you, Ms. Leach."
