When Cherise came out of the bathroom after her shower, she him standing alone on the balcony. 

She pulled her robe tighter around her and stepped out onto the balcony.

Cherise responded, “How are you feeling today?”

Morris said, “This is for you. It’s the first New Year gift I’ve ever packed by hand in my life, just for you!” 

Cherise looked up at him. “Thank you very much. I can’t wait to see what this is.”
