“I did,” Harold replied without hesitation.

“Don’t you have any reaction? Are you just going to let them split up?”

Jenna couldn’t believe Harold’s nonchalance. They had all watched Sophie and Colby’s relationship grow, with Sophie being her dear friend. She couldn’t stand by and watch them drift apart over a misunderstanding.

Harold replied, “Jenna, all I have to say is, 'Mind your own business.' You’re smart enough to know what I mean.”

He added, “Whatever happens, if Sophie and Colby do break up, I’ll be in Sophie’s corner. I respect her choices and will protect her no matter what. Please, don’t come here again. I don’t want you adding to her stress.”
