"Fine," Abel wasn't happy with how his father was behaving. "If the company sinks don't blame me. I did warn you guys."

"Oh get over it Abel." Their sister said staking her tongue out. "Can I crush in your condo for the one week bro?"

Raymond didn't say a word to his sister as he followed their father to the study. It didn't matter what he said to her anyway. She always got away with whatever she wanted. Spoiled brat if you asked him. So even if he said no to her, she would just break into his unit without a worry of a alarm going off. It's not like it never happened before. It has and not once or twice. More than he could care to admit.

Once they're in the office, Michael asked him to close the door behind him and to take a seat. He did as instructed but he still wondered why they needed to be alone. What was there left to be said to him anyway. All was said and nothing needed to be said if it wasn't important.

"Raymond, you know that you're my son right?"

When it came to that there was no use of sir.

"Yes papa."

"You know, before your mother left us, she asked me if only one thing. To love you as my own son and that's what I've done, Ray. I love you just as much as I love your sister and brother."

"I know that papa."

Michael thought for a while before he went on. "Kimberly was my friend. I first met her when she came to model for my company years back and we hit of quite well. She was this go getter who was willing to get anything she set her eyes on." He laughed remembering his dear late friend. "She was that much of a fighter until she leaned about you. She was happy to have you after all, you're a piece of a man she loved with everything. Kimberly wanted to come over here when she realized that you're growing inside her. She did and I was ready waiting for her arrival until I learned that she had gone to jail.

"To be honest, when I went to visit her in prison the woman I knew from years was no longer there. She was different in a good way and she said it was all because of you. You're the reason as to why she had changed. The reason as to why she wanted you to have a good life and a better future.

"I didn't go to visit her when your sister was born and that's because my wife wasn't well and the next thing I know is that she was out of jail and she was with you and not even once did she need help from me. She refused to be handed free money since she wanted you to be proud of her. Made sure she worked for every penny that she got.

"Why am I telling you this son?" He asked when he saw the look on Raymond's face. "It's because your mother wanted you to heal and let go of all the heel feeling you've against your family. She wanted you to be happy..."

"Only that I can't sir." He cut him. "I can't be until they pay. My dad and stepmom have to pay. Even if it's the last thing I do in this world. That's something I swore to myself."
