Him laying by my side is the first thing that I become aware of as soon as my consciousness starts to come back. I let out a small groan when the soreness finally starts to register to my senses.

"Cybele," He mutters against my skin. When his hot breath tickles my skin, I shiver lightly. His fervent eyes light up with possessiveness as soon as I open my eyes and focus on his face. He continues to press kisses against my jaw and neck.

Meanwhile, I slowly recover from the slight dizziness and notice that we are in the same cabin. I wonder who long we have been here? We only went out for a morning run and ended up mating together. The thought makes me flush but I am glad that he's busy obsessing over my neck and shoulders while I recall everything.

It is when I feel this new sensation course through me. It's stronger than normal sparks and its presence is marked by a low buzz. It's almost like another person breathing, another consciousness within me.

My emotions are accompanied by another stream of the same but flowing from somewhere else. I feel a strange possessiveness flow through me. It threatens to overwhelm me but I am soon able to understand that it's coming from him.

"What time is it?" I whisper while I try to stretch my legs. I notice that my legs have been cleaned and my clothes are kept folded on the chair on which he fvcked me. I am guessing that he did while I had passed out after the marking.

"Around ten in the morning," He grumbles against my skin. I hum as I turn around while his trail of kisses travels down to my back. I am aware of his hand cupping the breast he has marked.

"That's quite late," I remark before yawing.

"I don't want to leave you," He grumbles and turns me around before claiming my lips. I pull back before things could escalate again.

"When will we go back?" I ask him.

"I don't want to," He groans.

"What about your duties, Jake?" He doesn't seem very pleased with my reminder but resorts to kissing me as usual. I could feel the possessiveness flowing from his side.

"We must go back, Jake. It's quite late," I try to convince him but he really doesn't seem to be in any hurry. As much as I love this alone time with him, I have to go back and take the pill. Otherwise, it would be an absolute disaster.

I somehow manage to convince him. He doesn't look too happy as he finally unwraps his arms around me and lets me dress. Upon sitting up, I feel something trickle down my southern lips but I don't react to it. I need to get back and take a shower as soon as possible.

I feel his hot gaze burning on my skin as I put on my clothes. His eyes are already dark and simmering with lust when I finally turn to him.

"We can stay till afternoon. I have mind-linked Davis," He tells me rather unzipping my hoodie and fiddling my shirt again.

"No, that wouldn't be necessary," I tell him, minding the soreness in my southern lips. I don't think I'd want to let him near it again today. My words don't please him much before he finally gets up and walks out of the cabin in his glory.

I don't think he cares about putting on clothes now. Judging by his beautiful body, he doesn't need it either. I wouldn't mind it too.

I get up and find that I don't have much problem walking but my vagina seems to be on fire. Before going out, I take a trip to the bathroom to make sure everything's okay downstairs.

By the time I walk out of the cabin, his black wolf is already sitting on the porch, waiting for me. I lock the door behind me before climbing on his back. The run back to the pack civilization is a blur for me.

I am mostly dizzy. My mind still hasn't recovered from the sexual high yet. My body is aching in several places too. Especially, my core, my thighs and my breasts. I want to take a shower and take the pill as soon as possible.

Brooke and Erika seem to be in the office while her girls are playing in the living room. Nefret's eyes instantly light up as soon as she sees me before following me to the kitchen like a lost puppy.

"Where were you gone?" She asks me innocently as she stands beside me while I scan the fridge for something to eat.

"Oh, your uncle and I just went outside," I try to answer without blushing.

"Outside? Where you two playing outside?" She asks innocently. I have to press my lips in a thin line to contain myself from laughing.

"Yeah, we were playing," I choke when the laughter threatens to escape my lips.

"That's alright. Momma and papa play too sometimes," She says, patting my thigh.

"NEFRET!" Erika is instantly after her daughter while I finally burst out laughing. Although my laughter dies soon when Jake enters the kitchen.

I don't know if it's because of the mating or the bond but he seems to have gotten very needier and touchy. I do feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes but I know that he is just very smitten with me because we have finally come together.

I wonder if he'd let me go tomorrow. I don't know if he realizes this yet but today is my last day in the pack. Tomorrow he'd have to drop me home. He seems completely oblivious to the fact now and it makes me anxious to know that I'd have to break it to him tonight.

I don't really think he'll take the news very well.
