Kari nodded and rejoined the crowd. 

Brittany watched the transformed, shining Kari, feeling immensely proud. She took a sip of her drink and left the party. 

The stadium was large, so the underground parking lot was eerily quiet. 

Footsteps echoed around her, making Brittany feel inexplicably uneasy. 

Suddenly, several black cars drove in. 

She was surrounded.

Brittany stood frozen in place as she glared at them. “Who are you?”
