What had happened? Matthew felt a headache coming on, not knowing how to explain it to Stanley and Lillian.

After pondering for a moment, Matthew explained, "I've been hearing a lot about kidnappings, Dad, Mom. I just wanted to see if you two keep your guard up, so I found a couple of actors to test you.

"Looks like you weren't prepared at all."

Lillian gently patted Matthew's shoulder. "You little rascal, scaring me like that with all these antics! Don't do it again."

The tap on Matthew's shoulder didn't hurt. "I promise I won't do anything like this again."

Matthew definitely wouldn't let something like this happen again. Even he couldn't take it.

After checking out the house and the neighborhood, Matthew figured it was time to install security cameras. With Ivy keeping an eye out, Stanley's and Lillian's safety was in good hands.

Inside a luxurious villa, a man in his 50s lounged at a chair and enjoyed his cigarette.

Suddenly, a man walked in and said, "Mr. Smith sent an email to you, Mr. Henry. Do you want to take a look?"

When William was mentioned, Henry's smile faded, and he frowned. "I'm not reading it. How many times have I told you? I don't want to hear anything about the Smith family."

The man started to walk away but came back after taking a few steps. "I didn't make myself clear earlier, Mr. Henry. The email informs you about Mr. Smith's death."

Death? Henry was taken aback. He paused for a long while before mumbling, "Is that all?"

After a while, his face showed a mix of emotions, and tears slowly filled his eyes. "Why did it have to come to this? I don't want to be a bad son. You left me no choice."

With tears streaming down his face, he smoked a cigarette. When he was done, he stood up and said, "Show me the email."

After thinking for a long time with his eyes closed, Henry wiped his tears away and stood up. "Find out everything you can about Matthew. Send Hayden to take over the Smith family.

"While you're at it, rally the local martial arts families and establish a new faction outside of the Hobbes family. We're going to name it Marvel Organization. Appoint Hayden to be the leader."

The man was puzzled. "I understand the need for revenge, but establishing Marvel Organization might not be wise, Mr. Smith. Martial arts families have always lived in secrecy. Wouldn't this invite criticism?"

Secrecy? Henry sneered. "The secrecy nonsense is a load of crap. Everyone is secretly building their own forces, and they're just keeping it low-key.

"I heard about the Opulent Club in Lambda City. Even billionaires can only get to the third floor. Don't you think martial artists are behind that?"

The man nodded. "Got it. I'll inform Hayden about it."

With that, the man left the villa and drove to the racetrack to see Hayden Hobbes, the eldest of the Hobbes siblings.
