Matthew saw how eager the Fullers wanted him dead, and his expression turned grim. His gaze was sharp like a knife. "Five minutes! You'll hear about it in five minutes!"

After reading the message, Leopold glanced at Clement sitting across from him and couldn't be bothered to fill Clement in. He just picked up the phone and called the finance department.

"Send it to the same account as last time. The one that ends in 1983. Transfer another 50 million dollars."

Clement realized Leopold was transferring another 50 million dollars to the assassins and felt something was off. "Didn't we already pay, Dad? Why are you sending another 50 million dollars?"

Leopold snorted. "What do you know? This is the rush fee."

Rush fee?

Clement expressed his worry, "We need to say calm, Dad—"

Leopold interrupted, "How am I supposed to calm down? Lyndon is dead, and now, five more people from his family are gone. If it means taking out Matthew, I don't care how much I have to pay. What time is it right now?"

Clement noticed Leopold had his phone out and could see the time. Despite that, he still asked Clement for the time, so Clement knew he had lost his cool. He pulled out his phone and checked the time. It was 5:55 pm.

Clement looked up at Leopold and responded, "Just five minutes until 6:00 pm."

Leopold pointed at Matthew's phone. "Show the time on your phone and put it on the table. Just sit there and watch the clock on your phone. When it hits 6:00 pm, you can bet the news of Matthew's death will come in."

Upon seeing how confident Leopold was, Clement displayed the time and set the phone down in the center of the table so both of them could watch it easily.

Jimmy was taken aback. He had planned to light the gas later that night.

Setting it off in five minutes would require him to take some extra measures. He swiftly replied, "I'll make sure it's done by 6:00 pm sharp."

Jimmy got into the car and took out a drone. Then, he flew it straight into the villa.

At the Fuller residence, Leopold and Clement sat across from each other, watching the time displayed on the phone. The room was dead silent.

Every time the minute hand moved on the clock displayed on the phone screen, it made the sound of a clock ticking. Eventually, it was 6:00 pm right on the dot.

Leopold whipped out his phone and placed it on the table. He then turned to Clement and stated, "Matthew must be dead by now. Let's wait for the good news from them."

The moment Leopold finished his sentence, someone rushed in, gasping for air and shouting, "This is bad. There's been an explosion. The gas at Vernon's villa exploded. The whole family is dead."
