Shirley watched as the two fawned over each other, seemingly unhappy. “You’re such a drag, Rockefeller. I said we shouldn’t meet in our next lives, yet here you are! Come over, let’s spar!”
Alex looked at Shirley. Standing nearly six feet, she had a naturally large bone structure and had rather long legs. This made her a good foot taller than Alex.
“Are you sure?” Alex asked.
“Of course!” Shirley said with confidence, rubbing her palms and cracking her knuckles.
Daya whispered in Alex’s ears. “Darling, you just arrived. You probably haven’t learned the skills to control your body, so don’t spar with her! Shirley experienced an odd incident once, so she’s the strongest among us now.”
“What? This lady here is the strongest now?”
Daya told him that Shirley once went out once and was attacked by a high-class bone demon. She managed to survive and brought one of the bones back. On it was high-class bone patterns. Hence, she absorbed two of them and became quite strong.
Alex froze and looked at Shirley. He then realized two golden bone patterns on her chest, clearly of higher class and more mystical than the rest.
More importantly, the patterns were in somewhat awkward positions, they were both on the nipples.
Shirley felt nothing, but Alex felt awkward for her.
Shirley taunted him. “Aren’t you pretty strong, Rockefeller? You destroyed Homan Technology, tied me to a bed… You didn’t even let me go to the toilet! Don’t hide behind your woman, just come spar with me!”
Pigsy pondered, not daring to say anything. He was afraid of being beaten up by Alex again.
“Miss Hancock, you really seem to hold huge grudges on me!” Alex said, “If you want to beat me up and release your anger, it’s fine by me. But I’m just saying, if I defeat you instead, don’t cry.”
“Cry? You’re the one who’s going to cry!”
‘How could this newbie defeat me this easily?’
Alex touched the golden bone patterns on Shirley’s chest with his fingertips. He tried to sense it as much as he could, realizing that a divine and excellent energy was flowing within.
Moreover, there seemed to be a subtle, unique Chi as well, which was closely tied to her soul.
‘What is this bone pattern?’
Shirley couldn’t stand Alex any longer. She felt her soul quivering as though this certain part of her body was being touched. However, compared to a regular touch, this was a clearer and sharper sensation.
She stammered, letting out an embarrassing whimper.
