The light that shone in had actually come from the surface. It was safe to assume that they would see the kingdom once they got to the surface.
The two continued swimming upwards, but the pond went deeper than expected. After swimming for a while, Alex began to panic when he started running out of air. His lungs felt like they were going to explode, and he couldn’t swim any longer. Maximilia rushed over and held his head, placing her seductive lips onto his.
Huff…
She blew a mouthful of Chi inside, which generated oxygen for him. Maximilia’s cultivation level allowed her to breathe directly with her lungs.
Alex instantly felt very good, and he was swimming upwards again. However, he still hadn’t reached the surface even after he’d used up his oxygen. He ran out once again. He then grabbed hold of Maximilia and pointed towards his mouth, indicating that he wanted her to give him more air.
Five times later, Alex finally reached the surface. What met his eyes was the bright sun.
“That’s not right. Why would there be sunlight here?”
“Isn’t this supposed to be underneath a desert?”
“We couldn’t have possibly entered another dungeon, right?”
Maximilia rose to the surface as well, her flawless face slightly flushed. Having transferred air to Alex, her interactions were very intimate. It caused Maximilia, a virgin, to be rather flustered. Although her soul didn’t belong to Maximilia, her body did.
The young body reacted so honestly to such actions she even felt her heart thumping in her chest. It was a reaction she couldn’t suppress even if she used her soul powers.
“Let’s ascend to the surface. You just healed from your fever, and I don’ t want to be your heater anymore,” she said as she dragged Alex towards the land…
In actuality, the temperature in this place was much warmer, as if it was summer, no longer as chilling as the pitch-black area.
Alex and Maximilia roamed around the historical looking area. It felt like visiting an ancient kingdom from thousands of years ago. Moreover, they were the only two within the city.
Gurgle…
Alex’s stomach was growling. “Maximilia, I’m hungry!”
The woman pointed to the front. “Look, there seems to be someone selling food over there.”
‘Selling?’ Alex froze and looked in the direction she was pointing at.
Instantly, he felt his head about to explode.
