Zane explained, "Your comics are doing well right now. She might be feeling jealous and want to affect your mindset, making you frustrated every day. That way, you won't be able to make any money. You'll end up depending on a man just like she does."

My expression turned serious. "Isn't that just too cruel? I absolutely can't let her succeed!"

Since she wanted me to get angry, I'll just have to make sure I live happily every day.
