Sasha went through all the clients' details, and then she helped to introduce prospective partners to collaborate. After receiving their payment, she didn't rush to pay her friends.

Instead, Sasha asked, "Do you want me to pay you after I settle your taxes? Or do you want me to pay you immediately, and you can settle the taxes by yourself?"

However, her friends didn't care about the money. Even though they were working for Sasha, they just wanted something to do with their time.

When they saw Sasha's question, they all replied, "After taxes, of course! Otherwise, we'll have to go through the trouble of paying taxes by ourselves."

In the end, the person who closed a case was willing to lower their commission payout from 60% to 55%, and the data tabulator reduced his commission from 20% to 15%. That left the company with 30% of the income.

With the newly adjusted commission ratio, Sasha felt more confident about the company's growth. She thanked her employees for their understanding, and they all replied, "We're not doing this for the money, after all. It's just to kill time."

Now that Dorothy and Milton were getting old, Zane was worried that it might be too physically demanding for them to care for two young children.

Dorothy and Milton nodded in response. They said, "Of course! They're both very well-behaved. We feel younger when we spend time with them. We're not tired at all!"

Hearing that, Zane felt more at ease. Initially, he thought of bringing Willow out with me. But judging by the situation, that wouldn't be necessary.

Zane said calmly, "That's good."
