I stood up and left the building, boarded a taxi and got home.

My phone started ringing and i picked it seeing as it was Lisa calling me.

"Hey babe, how did the interview go?" She asked me and I smiled, I was really glad to have Lisa as my friend and best friend

"It was fine, i really hope i get the job as I really need the money now" I said to her over the phone I say and got out of the taxi seeing as he was at my apartment, I paid him and walked towards my front door

"Don't worry, you're the best in what you do, you will get it. Are you at home ?" She asked me

"Yes i am, I'm just getting home tho, I'll come see you later. I have to go now Love you" I rushed out as I opened the door

"Love you too Kim." She says and hung up the call

I dropped my phone and went into my room to change, I pulled my clothes off and changed into a red camisole and shorts, tied my hair into a loose bun and got settled to watch "money heist" But it was as though the movie was watching me because my mind had Travelled away

*knock knock* A knock on my door jolted me back to reality and I stood up to open the door, I was not expecting any guests but maybe it's Lisa, After-all she was asking me if i was home "Lisa-" I stopped on seeing who it was, Standing right in front of my door was him! Jace Norman! A full smirk laid upon his face on seeing me so shocked

"Jace what are you doing here" I asked coldly as I looked at him

He attempts to walk into the apartment but I blocked him with my body "Aren't you forgetting something? This is not your house and I will not allow you into mine!" I said coldly and he sighed, Removing his dark shades to look at me in the eye "Kim, I need to talk to you please, Just listen to me" He pleaded and I sighed "Alright, Fine you have exactly five minutes to talk and then you're out of here!" I say to him and stepped outside so he could come in

He walks into the apartment and looks around while I closed the door "Nice place!" He says and I snorted behind him, Was he trying to belittle me? I knew there was nothing nice about my apartment so I didn't need the buttering

He sits on my couch and gestured for me to sit. I rolled my eyes "This is my house, You don't need to tell me where to sit in my home!" I repeated sternly and purposely stressing the fact that it is my house

He sighed and looked at me, I mumbled incoherently and sat down "I'm only here to talk to you Kim, you left without listening to me. Please hear me out." He says and I chuckled harshly

"Okay tell me what you want to Jace , I'm listening to you" I told him and watched as he breathed a sigh of relief
