Felix’s face darkened. “This is a residential area. Even if a car is coming, basic courtesy says the driver should give way to pedestrians. Don’t you even know that much?” 

He was well aware that Belle was intentionally picking a fight. He had seen the car approaching from a distance, but it had suddenly sped up.
