Without his martial powers to sustain him, Felix suddenly felt exhausted from being up all night. He collapsed into bed as soon as he reached his bedroom and slept until noon. 

He drove to Yardley Dining for a quick lunch, then immediately began working on cultivating the Dragonspine. On the way, he called Jack, who was relieved to hear he was safe. They arranged to meet for dinner tomorrow. Felix also hoped to use this chance to 

contact Yvonne. 

After another four–hour session, Felix emerged from the pit. “Vivian, thank you for putting up with all this over the past month.“1 

Vivian felt helpless. “Don’t mention it, Felix. It’s my duty.” 

She had never met someone of such high status who remained so humble. It made her feel embarrassed. 

Felix sighed. “My body’s so much weaker than before.” 

Whether from cultivating the Dragonspine or something else, Felix found himself hungry again. Not wanting to eat at Yardley again, he found a small pizza place and devoured three pizzas before feeling better. 

When he returned to the parking lot near the pizza place, his Range Rover was gone again. Though most parking lots used automatic gates now, this one had an attendant’s booth, so Felix went over there. “Sir, my car’s missing.” 

The elderly attendant was having some snacks. He gave Felix a blank look. “What’s that?” 

“I parked my car in your lot, but it’s now gone. 

The attendant pointed to a nearby sign, which read, “This facility provides parking space only. We’re not responsible for anything else.” 

Giving the attendant a thumbs up, Felix could only pull out his phone and call Luis again. After hearing about his car being stolen again, even Luis thought it was absurd. “Mr. Zeller, honestly, I’ve never seen anything like this. It feels like there might be some conspiracy here.” 

Conspiracy? Something clicked in Felix’s mind. “Do you think it’s that Viper guy again?” 

“Yeah, it’s quite possible! Before, I would’ve dealt with him already, and he wouldn’t have dared to do this. But with Pierce backing him now, anything’s possible. 

“I did some digging. Right after Pierce recruited Viper, your car got stolen. Do you have some sort of conflict with Pierce? That bastard is sneaky and never plays by the rules.” 

The analysis made sense. “Come pick me up and bring your guys. Bring guns too. We’re
