I was sitting in the car, watching the surveillance footage. I could clearly see dad's frantic expression as he rushed into the hospital room.

He grabbed a nurse by the collar and shouted, "Where is my daughter? Where did she go?"

The nurse, irritated by his behavior, shoved him away.

"Do you have any idea how badly your daughter has been hurt, both physically and mentally? She's already suffering from depression, and you still said such cruel things to her?"

"You've hurt her beyond measure, and now you have the nerve to ask where she went? How should I know?"

"She was crying in the room just now, looking pitiful."

Dad released the nurse's collar and stumbled over to my brother. "Is this the note Stars left behind? Did she say where she was going?"

My brother's face turned pale as he trembled, "Dad, Stars doesn't want us anymore…"

Dad snatched the letter from him, muttering, "Impossible! Stars has always been obedient and understanding. What she wanted most was for me to stay by her side. How could she leave?"

It turned out that they knew I had always been good.

I was never the arrogant and domineering person they made me out to be.

But for Samara, they had still ruthlessly hurt me.

The letter I left behind was written with tears streaming down my face.

In it, I recorded everything I had heard and seen.

I knew what they had done to me, and I also wrote down all the things Samara had done to me at school.

After reading the letter, Dad staggered backward.

He trembled and said, "Send people to look for her! No matter what, we'll find Stars and bring her back!"

My brother, tears falling, said, "We've already sent three groups of people to find her, but there's no news. Dad, do you think something bad happened to Stars…"

"She won't! She won't! That child is blessed, she'll be fine!"

Dad turned to leave the hospital room, but bumped into Samara.
