Summary of Chapter 1028 from Under the Heiress' Facade

Chapter 1028 marks a crucial moment in Swnovelss’s Love novel, Under the Heiress' Facade. This chapter blends tension, emotion, and plot progression to deliver a memorable reading experience — one that keeps readers eagerly turning the page.

Zach couldn't talk back. He was furious, but he couldn't deny that he was still in kindergarten.

It just so happened that Hera was done with the check-up for Keith. They returned to the living room with Samantha.

Realizing that the three of them had returned, Zach immediately turned around and said, "Dora has a crush—"

Dora never thought that Zach would betray her like that. She had just told him to keep it a secret, but he wanted to tell Hera about it the next instant.

All Dora could do was cover his mouth with her hand to stop him from uttering another word. In a hushed voice, she told him, "How could you break your promise? You told me you'd keep it a secret!"

"But you called me a brat!" Zach hissed as he flared at her.

Dora glowered at him with similar ferocity. "Will you keep your mouth shut if I stop calling you a brat?"

"We'll see," Zach responded coldly.

Samantha entered the living room just in time to see Dora running to Zach and dragging him over to the couch. A knowing and satisfied smile formed on Samantha's face.

"Look, Hera." She nudged Hera with her elbow. "Dora and Zach enjoy each other's company. It seems like they'll be childhood sweethearts. You won't say no just because Zach's younger than Dora, right? I'll make sure he takes care of her when they both grow up."

"I'm good with that as long as Dora likes him. Dylan's the one I'm worried about," said Hera, concerned. "Hurry up and give birth to a daughter so that he can have a fiancée."

Dora was an optimistic and happy-go-lucky girl who knew about the romantic kind of love even at the tender age of ten. She probably inherited this skill from Bernard. This made Hera worry that Dora might get into a relationship in secret without her and Bernard knowing.

On the other hand, Dylan was more similar to Hera in terms of personality. He didn't bother himself with anything other than his studies. Furthermore, he didn't talk much and wasn't particularly excited about anything other than coding.

Dora was colossally relieved because Bernard and Hera didn't bring up the matter of her having a crush on Eli.

She was anxious just now. If Hera found out that she was in her puppy love phase, she'd be punished for sure! Hera would have Dora study at another school. Dora didn't dare imagine what other sort of punishment she'd receive.

Having learned her lesson, Dora knew that she couldn't simply tell anyone about Eli anymore and that Zach was especially untrustworthy! After swearing that she wouldn't tell Zach about anything else, she went back to her room to message her friends about Eli.

Dora had a hobby of writing a novel in which she was the female lead and Eli was the male lead. She regularly updated the chapters in the group chat she shared with her friends, and her friends would give her some suggestions for the storyline from time to time.

Sometimes, just thinking of certain parts of the story would make Dora's heart melt. She and four of her friends were happily chatting away when a friend called Kiara tagged her.

"@Dora, Eli's being cornered!"
