Tiffany had just thrown up, and William was waiting outside.

He handed her a tissue. "Here, clean up."

Tiffany didn't take the tissue. "William, how can you lie to your mom like that?"

William's expression soured. "Tiff, I did it all for you. Now that everyone knows you're pregnant, do you really want to bear the brunt of the blame for this baby?"

"Whether or not I bear the blame, that's none of your business."

"It's definitely my business!" William stepped forward, blocking her path.

"I know it's all my fault. If I hadn't messed up and fallen for Brianna's trap, you wouldn't have ended up with Vincent when you were upset."

He clenched his fists at his sides. "What's done is done. No amount of talking will change that, Tiff. I won't blame you, and I won't judge you.

"Give me a chance, and give yourself one too. I know you still care about me. Let's start over, and things can go back to how they were."

As William spoke, he reached for Tiffany's hand.

But Tiffany, feeling flustered, pulled away. "William, I'll say it one last time. We're done!"

With that, she walked past him.

Suddenly, he grabbed her arm and pinned her against the wall. Moving quickly, he restrained her hands and then kissed her.

Tiffany was momentarily stunned before she started to struggle hard.

Just then, another voice broke in, "Mr. Lewis…"

Tiffany's heart sank, and she stopped struggling.

Seizing the opportunity, William released her hands and pulled her into a tight embrace.

In the dimly lit corridor, from Vincent's perspective, Tiffany and William were passionately locked in a kiss.

Tiffany pushed his hand away and ran out.

Furrowing his brow, William took a moment to steady himself before following her.

Upon returning to the table, he found only Joyce sitting there.

"Where's Tiffany?" he asked.

Shaking her head, Joyce replied, "She hasn't returned."

Seeing the concern in William's expression, Joyce asked gently, "Did you two have another fight?"

"Yeah," William replied. Sinking into his seat, he noticed Tiffany's bag on her seat.

Joyce advised, "William, I'm not trying to blame you, but you really messed up this time. Tiffany has every reason to be upset.

"Maybe get her something, make it up to her. I believe she still cares about you. She'll come around."
