Just as Abigail finished speaking, Sienna burst into the room, twirling in front of them.

"Yay! Aunt Abigail likes Uncle Taylor! I'm going to have a little brother soon!"

"Nana!" Abigail's face flushed bright red. "Stop saying that!"

"No, I won't!" Sienna replied, looking serious. "Aunt Abigail, when are you and Uncle Taylor going to give me a little brother?"

Abigail's embarrassment deepened as she shot a glance at Helen, who was clearly enjoying the scene.

Without missing a beat, Abigail jumped up and chased after Sienna. "There's no little brother! You must have misunderstood!"

"I didn't!" Sienna retorted, her feet flying as fast as her words. "Aunt Abigail and Uncle Taylor are going to give me a little brother!"

"Nana! Are you going to listen to me or not?"

"I will—only if you and Uncle Taylor give me a little brother!"

"Go easy? What do you mean?" Abigail shot back, flipping her hair over her shoulder with dramatic flair. "Oh, wait! How could I forget? I promised to take Sienna and Lincoln out yesterday. You two are here for business, right? I'll let you get to it.

"Lincoln! Hurry up! We're going to the amusement park with Sienna!"
