Although Chandler knew the reason why Joshua had been delaying signing the contract, he didn't reveal it. Now, with Helen's intervention, many things became much simpler.

He squinted his eyes. "Anyway, thank you for helping me settle this matter. Consider it a favor owed to you. If you need anything in the future, just let me know."

Helen smiled and said, "Okay."

The car raced along the road, and she looked at the passing night scenery outside the window, feeling unexpectedly good.

After returning home, Helen removed her makeup and took a shower. She came out of the bathroom with her hair wet still dripping wet. She was wiping her hair with a towel when her computer made a chiming sound. Helen walked over and saw the computer screen light up.

She glanced at it and saw that it was a message from Chandler. It read, "Ms. Mayhew, Aliry's representative will arrive in Aguilisco tomorrow. I will send an assistant to go with you. Could you please pick them up at the airport?"

Helen quickly sat down and replied to Chandler that she was okay with the request.

After drying her hair, she lay back in bed to sleep.

The next morning, she got up early. Before leaving, Helen put on her usual old clothes and dressed as unattractively as always. She greeted Esmond and went out.

Helen first took a taxi to a public restroom, where she changed her outfit before coming out.

At the airport, Carles hurried to greet Helen. "Ms. Mayhew, you're here!"

"How long until the representative arrives?" asked Helen.

Carles checked the time and replied, "They'll be here in about half an hour."

Helen didn't understand what wine Lily was talking about, but she still agreed. "Don't worry, Ms. Lily. I'll relay your message to Mr. Chandler."

She escorted Lily to the hotel. Meanwhile, Carles waited for Lily's team. After helping Lily with the check-in, Helen was about to leave. However, Lily suddenly said, "Remember to ask the front desk for two room keys."

Helen didn't understand the reason, but she followed her instructions. Following Lily's request, Helen asked the front desk for an extra room key.

After taking Lily to her room, Helen took the elevator downstairs. She took out her phone and sent a message to Chandler, conveying Lily's words.

Helen didn't leave immediately. Instead, she went to the hotel's cafe and had a cup of coffee. After about two hours, Chandler arrived.

"Mr. Chandler!" Helen greeted him with a smile.

Chandler nodded in greeting and asked, "Has Ms. Lily come down?"
