Piles of dollar bills, gold, and some antiques were scattered around the Newton residence in Miravell. James had been counting them, his grin never leaving his face.

If all of this went into Destiny Corporation's account, they'd be rich!

Picking up an antique, James excitedly showed it to Chandler and Helen. "Mr. Newton, Stanson's casino actually accepts antiques too. We really hit the jackpot this time!"

"Isn't this the Caput Beastiae?" Helen recognized the antique, her expression turning grim. "This actually belongs to our ancestors. It was stolen during the Second World War by those foreigners and never returned. I never expected it to be hidden in the casino."

Chandler nodded. "Keep the antique and take care of the rest. When they bring Taylor back, return everything as it was."

"Why should we?" James was defiant. "The Hollands also robbed our goods before, and they didn't return them either!"

This was all money, yet he had to return everything before he could even relish it. How could he keep his composure?

Helen chuckled and said, "Don't get your principles mixed up. The Holland family is notorious for their lack of principles, and everyone hates them. If we were to behave like them, we'd be stooping to their level."

James couldn't refute that. Though he still felt reluctant, he didn't complain further.

Just as he bent down to separate the antiques, he turned and saw Reggie helping Taylor, who trudged inside with a limp.

"Mr. Xander?" James exclaimed. "The Hollands are unexpectedly efficient, huh?"

Chandler also shared his sentiment. "Indeed, Stanson's quick."

"What are you guys talking about? Did you just mention Stanson? Did he capture Abigail?" Taylor asked, remembering that this was the name of the man who broke into a fit at the racetrack earlier.

"I came back here as soon as I woke up," Taylor retorted, feeling wronged. "What's with that expression? Where's Abigail? Was she captured by the Hollands?"

"She's in the guest room at the farthest end on the second floor," Chandler said nonchalantly.

"Reggie, help me upstairs."

Taylor ignored them and hastily hopped upstairs.

Watching him disappear into the second floor, Helen finally withdrew her gaze and turned toward Chandler. "What should we do now?"

Having caused trouble for the Holland family for no reason, they wouldn't let them off the hook.

Chandler fell silent for a while, and then he gestured at James. "Forget about returning the money. Deposit it into Destiny Corporation's account!"
