Taylor was on the verge of tears. "This isn't fair. I can't even joke around."

"Now we know that we should never mess with women." Jenson gleefully looked on at the side and placed several bottles of water he had brought along on a nearby table.

Germaine raised an eyebrow and asked, "So, you think women are scary?"

Jenson quickly made himself look small. "No, no. Women can be gentle, kind, and understanding. They can also be strong, capable, and admirable. You're a perfect blend of both, possessing all the best qualities. I respect and adore you. How could I be afraid of you?"

Germaine put on a faint smile, seemingly satisfied with the answer.

"What a bootlicker." Taylor was extremely displeased with Jenson, who prioritized his wife over his friend. Taylor then turned to seek comfort from Helen.

"Boss, they all abandoned me. Please take me with you. How about we have a drink together?"

"No, Mommy can't drink alcohol!" Sienna ruthlessly rejected on Helen's behalf.

"Nana, are you still my beloved goddaughter? Why do you always go against me?" Taylor pouted and pretended to be pitiful.

"Bleh, bleh, bleh." Sienna was still angry, so she didn't sympathize with Taylor at all.

"Helen is pregnant; she can't drink even if she wants to. I'll drink with you instead." Jenson opened a bottle of whiskey.

"I know. I was messing around with Sienna on purpose." Taylor snatched the bottle of whiskey from Jenson. "A layman like you won't understand. I'll make you a few strong drinks, and no one is leaving here sober today."

"Bring it on!" Jenson rolled up his sleeves and opened a few more bottles, mixing everything together randomly. He was determined to get Taylor drunk first.

The two of them went back and forth. Rather than enjoying the meteor shower, they became too drunk to remain upright and collapsed onto the ground.

"Aren't you going to make a wish?"

"Of course, I'm going to make one!"

After being reminded by Helen, Sienna finally remembered the most important thing. She quickly closed her eyes and sincerely made her wishes.
