The manager's shout drew nearly everyone's attention in the lobby, including Chandler's, who glanced briefly in the janitor's direction.

Gritting his teeth, Colin grabbed a mop from the cart and turned back to clean up the broken shards.

In upscale hotels, it was uncommon for a cleaning cart to be seen in the main lobby. As Chandler's eyes lingered on the janitor, suspicion began to creep into his thoughts.

However, his focus quickly shifted when Sienna suddenly pulled away from his hand and dashed toward the elevator. "Nana, slow down!" Chandler called out, quickening his pace to catch up.

When they reached the elevator, it was still on the top floor. It took two minutes for it to descend, and by the time they arrived at Room 204, another three minutes had passed.

Sienna eagerly entered the passcode and opened the door, only to find the suite empty—Helen was nowhere in sight.

"Mommy! Daddy's here to pick us up!" Sienna called out.

Assuming Helen was playing hide-and-seek, Sienna rushed into the bedroom to search for her. Meanwhile, Chandler began checking the other rooms methodically.

Despite both of them scouring the suite from top to bottom, Helen was still missing.

Sienna scratched her head as she came out of the bedroom. "Do you think Mommy took another elevator downstairs?"

Chandler quickly pulled out his phone and called Jenson. "Has Helen come down yet?"

Jenson glanced up the stairs and replied, "No, she's not here."

Before he could say another word, Chandler abruptly ended the call.

In that instant, a chilling realization struck him—the garbage bins on the cleaning cart were large enough to fit an adult.

Without a word, Chandler quickly picked up Sienna and headed straight for the stairs, not waiting for the elevator.

By the time they reached the lobby, the janitor had already disappeared.

"What's happening?" Jenson asked, noticing their urgency. He glanced between Chandler and Sienna, both visibly on edge.

"Mommy's missing," Sienna said, her expression clouded with worry.

"It exits the mountain beside this one," the manager blurted out, his voice shaking under Chandler's commanding presence. He swallowed nervously, trying to regain his composure.

Without wasting a second, Chandler dialed James' number. "Helen's been kidnapped. Split into two teams—one will follow the main road down the mountain, and the other will head to the back of the neighboring mountain to cut them off.

"Keep an eye on Sienna."

With that, Chandler handed Sienna to Jenson and quickly exited the surveillance room, striding purposefully toward the tea garden.

The path was narrow, and it seemed that only one person could pass through at a time. It could be either Freya or Helen—Chandler knew he couldn't dismiss either possibility.

As he reached the edge of the tea garden, his instincts proved right. One of the trash bins was still upright on the cart, while the other had toppled over, its lid wide open and completely empty.
