It was already afternoon when Helen woke up.

She looked at the time. It was 3:00 pm, and her stomach started to rumble. Helen got out of bed and stretched before leaving her room.

"Harper, is there anything to eat in the house? I'm starving!" Helen said.

Harper quickly said, "What would you like to have, Ms. Helen? I'll ask the chef to prepare it right away."

Helen thought about it and said, "I'll have noodles then! I just need to fill up my belly."

"Understood, Ms. Helen. Please hold on," Harper said.

Helen nodded and saw Sylvia and Charlie sitting in the garden. They were chatting, and Helen quickly walked to them. "Grandma. Grandpa."

Seeing how she had just woken up, Sylvia said, "You're finally awake. Look at the time…"

Helen stuck out her tongue embarrassedly. "We played until it was late last night and only slept this morning. That's why I'm only up now."

Sylvia didn't say anything else and beckoned to Helen to take a seat next to her. Sylvia thought about what Adrian said to them that morning and couldn't help feeling worried. "Helly, let me ask you something."

Helen was calm. "What is it? Just ask me."

Sylvia got closer to her and asked softly, "Helly, have you been messing around with your designs again?"

"Oh, what else can I possibly say to you? You already have a double degree from overseas. You can also inherit our family business and stop going to school. We believe you can manage the company well," Sylvia said dotingly.

Helen said coyly, "But I'm still young! I'm only 18 years old now, and I want to live a normal student life."

"Fine. Go to school if you want to! You have my full support to do whatever you want. Whatever it is, I'll unconditionally support you," Sylvia responded.

"Thank you, Grandma!" Helen said coyly as she leaned on Sylvia's shoulder. However, she was thinking about Adrian.

She only modified the gown like any other designer would, so she didn't think he would think of Lily because of it. Helen concluded that it was probably a coincidence.
