Helen thought that was it, and she didn't dwell on it further.

Soon, it was time to return to school. Sylvia and Charlie had gone home, and it became quiet in the house again.

Chandler went downstairs early in the morning and waited until Helen came down in a hurry. She said as she rushed, "Harper, it's the first day of school today. Why didn't you wake me up? I'm going to be late."

Harper was innocent. She looked at Chandler and said nothing. Chandler had no choice but to say, "I was the one who told Harper not to wake you up. I wanted to let you sleep more."

Helen looked at Chandler coquettishly. "Ah! But it's the first day of school today, and I can't be late."

Chandler reached out to hold her hand. "Alright. You won't be late. Get in the car. I'll send you to school."

Hearing how he sounded so sure, Helen could only trust him. Soon, they got in the car, and Chandler started driving.

Chandler drove steadily while Helen had her breakfast and prepared for the new semester at the same time. It was the semester of her senior year, and she would have her finals in three months. It was also the most nerve-racking moment of her normal student life.

Fortunately, the car arrived at the school entrance five minutes before class started. Helen let out a breath of relief. "I'm going to class now. Good luck with your work. Goodbye!"

However, she couldn't open the door. "Chandler, why did you lock the door?"

Chandler looked at her meaningfully. "We're fiance and fiancee, right?"

Helen glanced at the diamond ring on her finger and nodded.

Chandler finally let her go. He said behind Helen as she walked away, "Get out earlier after you're done with class in the afternoon. I'll wait for you here."

Helen had her back facing him and said nothing. She just reached out and waved her hand before starting to walk faster.

When she entered her class, it was quiet. Everyone was in their seat as they went through their work seriously. Helen went straight for her seat as well and sat down. When she looked at Phishie's seat next to hers, it was empty. Helen couldn't help but wonder why Phishie didn't go to class.

As she pondered, Jenson came and placed a freshly made fruit juice on Helen's desk. "Helen, have some juice."

Helen casually asked, "Have you seen Phishie? Why didn't she come to class?"

Jenson quickly asked, "Didn't you know, Helen? Phishie dropped out of school. She came to school before class started and did the application. I heard her whole family was moving abroad. They're leaving in two days."
