Helen felt speechless. Then, she said without holding back, "You sure are great at maintaining two faces."

"Who do you think you are to speak to me like that? Believe it or not, but I can ruin your reputation at any moment," Celeste threatened. She didn't take Helen seriously at all.

Helen felt Celeste's hostility. From what she could remember, they hadn't had any interactions before, and that was the first day they had met. However, Celeste's gaze was full of hatred when she looked at Helen. She was clearly an enemy that didn't come in peace.

"You can try. Let's see whose reputation will be ruined," Helen remarked.

After Helen said that, she ignored Celeste and went back to her work.

After the class ended, Jenson brought over the fresh juice he bought to Helen. "Have some juice, Helen!"

Helen said without even looking up, "Thank you!"

Jenson was used to the interaction, and he didn't say anything as he returned to his seat. Celeste knew who Jenson was. In fact, she knew the scions of the Newton family.

However, she only knew them from looking at pictures of them. She had never met them before or even talked to them.

She couldn't figure it out and decided to stop guessing. In order to get Jenson's attention, Celeste decided to approach him herself. "Hi, Jenson. I'm the new student, Celeste. I fell in love with a new game recently, and I was wondering if you want to play together sometime?"

Jenson was going through his work when he suddenly heard a pretentious voice. Then, he frowned and said, "We only have around a hundred days left before the finals are here. How could you still be thinking about games? Leave me alone and don't interrupt me while I study."

Celeste was speechless, and her face fell instantly. She didn't know if she should continue or retreat.

"He only started studying seriously last semester. At first, we all thought he was putting on an act. However, he was the class' third-best student the last semester. Now, he might be aiming for university," Quentin said.

Celeste didn't know Jenson was that great.

She couldn't believe she even invited him to play games together earlier. Celeste finally realized why Jenson treated her that way and decided she had to change her tactics.

"I see! Thank you, Quentin. I'll treat you to a meal next time," Celeste said.

Quentin would never reject an invite from a beauty like Celeste. "Why wait? Let's do it today. I know a great place. Why don't we go there after school later?"
